Aqil Amin, also known famously as AQ, is the founder of AQ Power Yoga holding a position as the head instructor and HIIT Trainer. What began as a remedy for back pain, soon became his passion and ultimately converted in the formation of AQ Power Yoga. With a belief that AQ Power Yoga is a family, AQ personally ensures his involvement in structuring of the classes, interacting and motivating students to achieve their goals, and inculcating the passion for yoga in those around him. AQ has also designed a sustainable 5 week program called the AQ 30 day fix.

After a hard day at work, Mehek finds her relaxation in yoga. Training and teaching people is part of who Mehek as a professional, which has been elevated as a Yogi at AQPY. Achieving flexibility, inner peace, strength, and self-awareness is what her yoga practice since 2011 has bought her. A role model of living a healthy and balanced life, Mehak is an inspiration to all.

He immediately joined Goodlife Fitness which changed him life forever. Les Mills group exercise classes for Strength Training and MMA Cardio such as Body Pump and Body Combat became him life and from that moment onwards there was no stopping.
he has always aspired to be a fitness instructor to spread him passion for fitness and to promote a healthier lifestyle amongst people. This year him dream finally came true upon joining AQ Fitness.

It has been 11 years since Ghafoor Khan began building his own body and over 5 years to his profession as a certified gym/personal trainer.
Ghafoor specialises in one on one training during which he focuses on functional training, weight and body weight exercises, high intensity interval training, and boxing. He is also equipped with the skills to sensitively alter exercises to cater older age groups or those with mobility issues.

Trained directly under AQ than went on to get a Ýoga alliance certification.
She creates a safe, non-competitive space for her students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and inspiration.
Her vision is to help bring a balance, awareness, health, and happiness into other’s lives. To help new students and experienced yogis reach their potential.

Tasneem is an internationally certified Yoga Instructor. She has done her certification from the world renowned Yoga Darshanam school in Dubai, UAE. Additionally, she holds a Masters degree in Nutrition Science and Policy from Tufts University, Boston, USA.
With over 8 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a playful, supportive energy to her classes. She believes that yoga is for everyone, and strives to create a safe and inclusive space for her students. She integrates elements of mindfulness, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation into her classes to help students relieve stress and anxiety. And, to cultivate a deep connection with their bodies and minds.
Furthermore, as a nutritionist, help clients alter their diet by designing a customised meal plans to promote a healthier lifestyle and to achieve a desirable weight loss goal.
